The key responsibilities as a controller:

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accrual and journal entries

• Oversee special finance projects related to government reporting or internal analysis.

• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights.

• Generate timely financial reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience in a financial management role.

• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
